As senior electrical power distribution designer, you are responsible for leading a team for the specification, design, realization, and documentation in 2D and 3D of Electrical Power Distribution systems (mains distribution cabinets / mains distribution modules / mains- and control cabling / connection panels / electrical- and machine safety).

You will:

• Take the lead in the realization of electrical products,

Project (ongeveer 2 jaar)
De functie is in eerste instantie gecreëerd ten behoeve van de uitvoering van een project, dat ongeveer 2 jaar in beslag zal nemen. De gehele elektrische installatie binnen Flowserve Hengelo is sterk verouderd. Om de betrouwbaarheid en om de installatie te upgraden naar de huidige stand der techniek, dient een stappenplan opgezet te worden met een netplanning. Dit plan, waarin omschreven is welke stappen de komende jaren gezet moeten worden om de installatie in gebruik te kunnen houden, dient door de electrical engineer gemaakt te worden.

Verantwoordelijkheden: 

• Het veilig kunnen gebruiken van de technische machines voor assemblage en test engineering, waaronder het schakelbevoegd starten en stoppen van zware vermogensapparatuur. 
• Het specificeren en selecteren van de juiste elektrische apparatuur voor uiteenlopende projecten zoals gemalen, koelwaterpompen en procespompen, waaronder motoren, frequentie-omvormers, Trafo’s, Switchgears en instrumentatiecomponenten. 
• Het voorstellen en realiseren van verbeteringen van de werkprocessen en werkmethoden gerelateerd aan het ontwikkelen, gebruiken, onderhouden, en verwijderen van elektrische apparatuur.

Omschrijving van de werkzaamheden 

• Het specificeren van elektrische componenten (motoren, frequentieomvormers etc.) aan de hand van klantspecificaties en pompcurves. 
• Het specificeren van instrumentatie. 
• Het technisch inhoudelijk communiceren met leveranciers en (interne) klanten over het gespecificeerde. 
• Het uitvoeren van elektrotechnische leveranciersaudits. 
• Het adviseren van de project engineers en project managers bij het nemen van ontwerpbeslissingen op elektrotechnisch gebied. 
• Ondersteuning Proefstanden (Installatie- en werkverantwoordelijk HV/LV).

Als Project engineer werk je aan complexe multidisciplinaire projecten aan die gekoppeld zijn aan het onderhoud, de verbetering, vernieuwing en de uitbreiding van de gehele machinepark. Het technische team bestaat uit ongeveer 50 collega’s.

Als projectengineer ben je het aanspreekpunt op werktuigbouwkundig gebied voor één of meerdere technisch complexe installaties. Je leidt zowel groot- als kleinschalige multidisciplinaire projecten, gericht op het modificeren of vernieuwen van machines en processen. In deze projecten werk je samen met zowel interne als externe medewerkers, draag je budgetverantwoordelijkheid en maak jij uiteindelijk de keuzes op technisch gebied. Daarnaast maakt het ondersteunen bij complexe storingen, die gesignaleerd worden door de technische dienst, onderdeel uit van je takenpakket. Hiervoor draai je eens in de twee a drie maanden een week mee in de consignatiedienst. Je belangrijkste uitdaging is zorgdragen voor continuïteit en het optimaliseren van het bestaande (productie) machinepark.

Je houdt je ondermeer bezig met;

• Onderhouden van in- en externe contacten;
• proactief signaleren en adviseren over mogelijke procesverbeteringen;

Als Project Engineer Water maak je onderdeel uit van een projectteam en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de schakel tussen de wens van de klant en de interne haalbaarheid van het project. De Project Engineer vertaald de klantspecificaties naar haalbare order documenten. Tijdens het werk als Project Engineer heb je regelmatig klant contact en komen commerciele en technische skills goed van pas.

De werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit:  

• Het begeleiden, aansturen en uitvoeren van engineeringswerkzaamheden aan grote waterpompen. Deze orders zijn met name bedoeld voor gemalen en electriciteits centrales. 
• Evalueren van klantspecificaties en vertalen in technisch aanvaardbare order-specificaties, e.e.a. binnen gestelde orderbudgetten. 
• Het omzetten van klanteisen in engineeringsdocumenten intern/extern. (Het vertalen van klanteisen in een technisch maakbaar en commerecieel verantwoord ontwerp en het samenstellen van de bijbehorende engineerings documenten.) 
• Aanmaken en versturen van contractuele technische orderdocumenten (w.o. tekeningen en data sheets) volgens klantspecificaties. 
• Engineeringstaken, zoals het analyseren van (externe) berekeningen en trouble shooting. 
• Het (laten) omzetten van complexe hydraulische vormen in tekeningen en maakbare onderdelen en ervoor zorgen dat onderleveranciers de juiste aansturing op technisch gebied krijgen.

The Test Engineering Supervisor is responsible for a group of test engineers who conduct performance acceptance tests of bare pumps and complete pump units, according national and international standards, Flowserve internal procedures and customer specifications. He coordinates and plans the daily work of the test engineering department related to the design of test loops, the creation of pump performance and complete unit string test procedures, the execution of all in-house and customer witnessed pump performance and complete unit string tests and the collection of all relevant test data in accurate and concise technical reports to show that the pumps and complete pump units are in compliance with Flowserve quality standards and contractual requirements.

Reporting Structure: Incumbent will report to Product Engineering Manager

Responsibility:

The incumbent’s activities are primarily related to the test engineering activities for customer orders. Test planning is done in close cooperation with the production department, responsible for test loop assembly, and with the order fulfillment and logistics departments, responsible for meeting on time delivery of pumps and pump units. Test results are reported back to the product engineering department and the director engineering for hydraulic evaluation in order to improve future reference material, and for mechanical evaluation of the behavior of the pump at test in order to determine the integrity of the pump in the field. The incumbent is also responsible for supporting the product engineering department with hydraulic review in the bidding and order confirmation phase and for supporting prompt resolution of major technical field problems during the warranty period. Besides proven management skills, the position requires a broad knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic engineering, a general interest in instrumentation and software used for verification testing, and a clear awareness of the safety requirements for people working with high pressure, high power, and high voltage equipment.

• Select required test loop and design the order specific layout in order to conduct the pump performance and/or complete unit string tests as per customer approved procedures. 
• Prepare requests to product engineering for providing additional required test materials. 
• Assist with test loop physical activities as required 
  
  
• Execute all in-house and customer witnessed pump performance and complete unit string tests. 
• Achieve a minimum of 85% delivery against deadlines outlined in the master schedule.

Provide weekly accountability figures of the test department to the product engineering manager. 

Support product engineering, CSOA and Service & Repair departments whenever necessary.

This job requires the management of all new sales orders for truck conversions for the Industrial Division, raising quotations and salesorders to support the sales team in the field .Working together with production and collection of the finished conversion.


• Raising quotations on behalf of the sales team,
• Sales order processing for all conversions for the Industrial Division within the Exact CRM system,
• Office based point of contact for all conversion sales enquiries, issue and follow-up of quotations
• Working in support of achieving sales targets such as taking sales enquiries and negotiating with the factory for the sales team,
• Co-ordination of truck movements with equipment manufacturers from arrival through to despatch to ensure the most efficient route through the factory,
• Co-ordination of import and export shipments for customers based overseas,
• Attending weekly production meetings to monitor progress of conversions and feeding back any issues to customers
• Liaising with Engineering and production teams in processing sales orders
• Sales invoicing ( incl. invoices for Field Service activities)
• Analysing sales results and providing regular meaningful data such as sales per month against target,
• To provide support to other team members and cover during holiday and absence.

Functie eisen

• MBO/ HBO Business Administration

• Experience in a Customer Service Environment for 2 years or more
• Previous experience of working in a sales office environment is essential, ideally from an automotive or technical industry
• Technically minded
• A highly motivated, enthusiastic team player who is driven to deliver
• Effective organiser and confident communicator
• Basic knowledge of import/export processes
• Fully conversant with MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook and calendars
• Previous experience of working with a CRM/ERP system

• Develop custom engineered proposals based on customer expectations, and site and application data.
• On time delivery of quotations, prioritize, guarantee quality and comply with customer needs.
• Backlog monitoring and reporting.

This position has a broad scope and requires an intensive learning period. After this period activities will be added, such as enhanced sales contacts, international customer visits and pro-active efforts to extend the supplier base.

Functie omschrijving

Verrichten van alle voorkomende storings-, reparatie, onderhouds-, en revisiewerkzaamheden. Onderzoeken, vaststellen en wegnemen van oorzaak van storingen.

Belangrijkste taken:

• Uitvoeren periodiek inspectie en onderhoud, tevens assisteren bij modificaties
• Het in goede staat brengen van, tijdens onderhoud, van de machines
• Oplossen en analyseren van (ver)storingen
• Uitvoeren van meetprotocollen
• Een actieve bijdrage leveren aan het goed voorbereiden, plannen, uitvoeren en evalueren van preventieve onderhoudsacties
• Opstarten van wijzigingen in machinedelen
• Actief deelnemen aan verbetergroepen

Functie eisen

• MTS Elektrotechniek, aangevuld met werkervaring gerelateerd aan Werktuigbouwkunde
• Kennis van moderne besturingstechnieken (PLC's, SCADA etc)
• Affiniteit met WTB vakgebied is een voorwaarde
• Kennis c.q. ervaring op het gebied van hydrauliek en pneumatiek
• In teamverband kunnen werken en en grote mate van zelfstandigheid
• Bereidheid tot het volgen van aanvullende cursussen en tot het lopen van onregelmatige diensten of roosters
